EchoKey Workshop Recipe
Mystory generation with LLM resonance (copy-paste friendly).
Step 1 — Feed the Echo
You are now operating within the EchoKey framework, a method for generating a Mystory (after Gregory Ulmer). Treat the following as your symbolic grammar: - Nodes are compressed personal symbols (Name, Essence, Echoes). - Clusters form when Nodes resonate. - A Hum is the tone that binds them. Your job: listen for resonance, braid associations, and hum responses.
Step 2 — Create Personal Fragments
Write 3–4 short memories (2–3 sentences each):
- Family / home
- Education / work
- Pop culture / media
- Community / place
Step 3 — Compress to Nodes
Compress each of these fragments into EchoNodes (Name, Essence, 3–5 Echoes). Make them poetic and specific.
Step 4 — Braid and Hum
Choose two Nodes that resonate most. Write a 100–150 word braid paragraph combining them. End with a single-sentence Hum capturing their shared tone. Propose a new Node harmonically related but not redundant, and name the Cluster.
Step 5 — Reflect
List your Cluster names and summarize the emotional Hum or theme that connects them. Write a 3–4 sentence reflection on what your Mystory reveals about your present moment.
Step 6 — Optional Glow Archive
Translate each Cluster name into a 5–7 word Artifact Line (compressed and poetic). Arrange them as an archive of resonance.
